HVAC/R is Considered "Essential" for Safety and Infrastructure.

Because we provide environmental systems for businesses and organizations we are considered an "essential business" for our customers.  We are open and want to help facilities through these difficult weeks or months.

We want to assure our customers that we are taking the necessary precautions to stop the spread of the virus.  We are following all of the guidelines, our office staff is working remotely, and our technicians are abiding by the procedures which have been put in place and have been supplied with all necessary PPE.

Building Filtration and Fresh Air Changes are Critical to Help Stop the Spread of COVID-19

In light of the current COVID-19 crisis, we at Expert Mechanical Service, Inc. want to emphasize the importance of filter changes and filter cleaning within all facilities, along with ensuring economizers are clean and adjusted for sufficient fresh air changes.

During this crucial time frame of the “Stay Home, Stay Safe” Executive Order which demands most commercial buildings strictly regulate access.  Many, if not all employees are working remotely to limit exposure. As a Critical Infrastructure Provider, we can provide technical support and critical maintenance services while following all mandated guidelines for our customer sites during this time. Not only are we Critical Infrastructure Providers, our work is typically performed well outside the required Social Distancing requirement and our technicians have available to them the appropriate PPE required for the work they perform. Our technicians are professional and well versed in the procedures to comply with the instructions and directions of the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

We would like to reassure you that we are open for business and available during this timeframe. Whether it’s an additional visit added to an existing Preventative Maintenance contract you have with us or a newly scheduled visit, we feel the above mentioned services are equally as important as building cleaning and sanitizing. Let’s all do what we can to stop the continued spread of this virus when our State’s labor forces return to work!

Please feel free to contact us directly by email ( with any questions and/or to schedule with us.
